• If only one fixture in your unit is blocked (just the WC, just the shower), the block is in the unit-internal drainage and is your cost.
• If multiple fixtures in your unit are slow or blocked simultaneously, the block is at the unit's branch connection to the stack and is your cost.
• If you and neighbouring units are reporting issues at the same time, the block is in the shared stack and is body corp cost.
• If water is backing up out of a floor waste with no use upstream, the block is downstream in the stack or main drain (body corp cost).
