Wall-mounted brass mixer and spout install on a renovated main bathroom. Rough-in was done at frame stage with precision centres so the spout sits dead-centre over the bath. Brass PVD finish chosen to hold up against coastal salt air.

  • Travertine-look porcelain tile (large format)
  • Concealed mixer body with serviceable cartridge
OutcomeFit-off completed in a single visit. Pressure tested at 1,000 kPa, no leaks. Customer signed off same day. Workmanship guarantee in writing.

Matte black shower set with feature niche

Matte black PVD shower system installed on a fully renovated bathroom. Twin head (rain + hand-held) on an integrated rail. Recessed niche tiled in feature dark stone for contrast. Floor tile fall verified so water tracks to the central waste.

  • PVD matte black shower system, rain + hand-held
  • Black-framed niche, dark stone insert
  • 100mm linear floor waste for fast drainage
OutcomeBathroom fully commissioned. Shower tested for spray pattern, water temperature stability and pressure. Customer was renovating to sell, strong return on the matte-black aesthetic.

Wall-mounted brass bath spout, close-up of fit-off detail

Detail close-up of a PVD brass bath spout fit-off. Wall plate sits flush against the travertine-look tile, spout angle pre-set with the rough-in so the discharge lands cleanly mid-bath. Mixer to the left on the same wall, both spaced at the standard 200mm centres for visual symmetry.

Wall-hung toilet on dark feature tile

Wall-hung toilet install on a renovated powder room. Concealed cistern behind the dark feature wall tile. Set-out for the pan plate was checked against the framing centres at rough-in, then re-verified before tiling. Flush plate finished flush against the tile surface.

  • Wall-hung toilet pan + concealed cistern
  • Dark large-format feature wall tile
  • Square chrome dual-flush plate
OutcomeFinal commissioning included flush volume test (dual flush, 4.5L full / 3L half), wall plate stability test (rated to 400kg) and seal integrity. Beautiful contrast against the dark tile.
